中五級未來職人小組 S5 Future career planning group
不一樣的生涯規劃小組
「未來職人小組」由職學定向組及靈命栽培組合辦，透過分享最新行業資訊及小組互動遊戲，幫助中五學生計劃未來人生的發展藍圖。是次小組特別加入福音元素，邀請到觀塘區內兩間教會協助，共十多位來自不同專業的教友到校擔任小組導師，為學生的生涯規劃注入新能量。
Different career planning groups
The “S5 Future career planning group" is organized by CGC and SNC functional groups. By sharing the latest labour industry information and participating in career games, these facilitate S5 students to plan their future career. With the gospel element being included in this group, we are glad to have invited two churches in Kwun Tong District to assist by having volunteers from over ten different industries as group mentors, injecting new energy into the students’ career planning.

能夠找到一份自己既喜歡又可以足夠生活的工作，相信是很多年青人的心願。社會的文化不斷在變，對人們的生活水準也慢慢地成了一套標準；就如希望做好工就要讀好書，有好的工作才可以安居樂業。當然上述說法有其人生智慧，然而人的寶貴，在於能發揮其獨特之處。
這次有機會與兩位同學一起探討自己喜歡的工作，我們一起模擬做生意的過程，也有親身去到咖啡店裡跟店主做訪問，從中可以更具體反思自己將來的工作路向。年青人在人生路上十分需要同行者，在花花世界中並肩探索，尋找到生命中的精彩。

It is the wish of many young people to be able to find a job that they both like and can get by. The culture of society is constantly changing, and it has gradually become a set of standards for people’s living requirements; just as if you want to have a good future, you must have the good academic background to get a decent job and have a decent life. In fact, the above statement also has the wisdom of life, but the preciousness of man lies in the opportunity to develop his uniqueness.
Through the career planning groups, I had an opportunity to discuss with two students about their favorite jobs and simulated the process of doing business together. In addition, we visited a coffee shop to interview the owner, so that we can reflect clearly on the future work direction. Indeed, young people need companions in life to explore the world together and build a bright future for themselves.

很高興能擔任是次小組的導師。我在大學主修心理學。我參與這次生涯規劃小組，是為了向迦南的高中生分享上帝如何塑造我的生命，繼而鼓勵同學一同發掘祂的工作。盼望我們在尋找方向的過程中，可慢慢發現「真我」，並善用自己的長處去祝福他人。
小組中，最深刻的片段是畫生命線。大家坦誠地分享過往生命中的重大事件，甚至是家人患病等難關。聽到這些分享的時候，我發現這些事件都不是偶然，而是為了裝備他們踏上個人獨一無二的旅程。同時，也為他們感恩，在中五的階段能夠發現自己的熱忱，願他們能繼續經歷上帝的恩典和帶領。

Majored in psychology at university, I am blessed to have the chance to share with STCC students regarding the Career and Life Planning session. God has shaped me in every way in my life and given me the opportunity to encourage students to explore His work together. In the process of looking for directions, we slowly discovered our “self” and shared the blessing with others.
Among them, the most profound segment is the lifeline. Everyone shared frankly the major events in their past lives, and even difficulties faced by one’s family members. Listening to this sharing, I realized that these events were merely a coincidence, but equipping one to embark on a unique journey. At the same time, I am grateful for these S.5 students who are enthusiastic and continue to embrace grace and leadership of God.

這次的小組令我獲益良多，特別是參觀咖啡店。我除了在訪問中，了解到有關經營咖啡店的資訊外，更學習到課本以外的知識，例如尋找可以給我們訪問的咖啡店、設計訪問問題等等。我從訪問中清楚了解到對事物只有熱誠是不足夠的，更重要的是堅持。遇到難關時積極尋求解決方法，才能成功。
5 Faith, Chan Isabella
I have learned a lot from the group, especially by visiting the café and interview its owner. Apart from getting to know how to run a café, we had done a lot of preparation work, including searching for cafés, inviting the café owner for interview, and designing the interview questions. This is something I can’t learn from textbooks. Most importantly, I acknowledged that the key to success isn’t just passion, but perseverance and resilience.

我對經營咖啡店十分有興趣，很高興這次學校給予我和朋友機會，參與未來職人小組。我們在導師的帶領下，親身來到咖啡店，並從老闆口中得知咖啡店的運作、創辦理念、選址及其獨特之處等。從過來人的分享，和導師的啟發中，我不但對自己開創咖啡店的想法更有信心，更找到了生涯規劃的方向。
5 Faith, Tai Shuk Yin Silvia
I’m grateful that the school has provided me a chance to interview a café owner with my friend since I am interested in opening my own cafe. Not only did I learn about the operation process of a cafe, from concept to location, but also the importance of creativity, from the perspective of an experienced businessman. Our mentor was with us the whole time, providing assistance and inspiration. After this visit, I am confident to start my own café and it is a turning point in my career planning.
